And the most powerful religious court in Jerusalem moved in to shut it down. \nThey couldn’t. \nSeven months ago\, the Chinese Communist Party launched its largest coordinated crackdown on an independent church in over 40 years — arresting nearly 30 pastors of Zion Church\, including founder Pastor Ezra Jin\, whose congregation had grown to 5\,000 believers through Zoom sermons during the pandemic. Before the arrests came\, someone asked him what would happen if all of Zion’s leaders were taken. He replied: “Hallelujah — because a new wave of revival is coming.” \nTwo thousand years apart.
